Overview

GamePost ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website gamepost.app and the GamePost web application. We built this app to be simple and private by design — no accounts, no data harvesting, no nonsense. This policy explains the very limited information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Photos You Upload
When you add a photo in the GamePost app, it is processed entirely within your browser using your device's local memory and the browser's Canvas API. Your photos are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any GamePost server. They exist only on your device for the duration of your session.

Anonymous Usage Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the app is used. This service collects anonymous, aggregated data — such as page views, general geographic region, browser type, and device type. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. You can review Vercel's privacy practices at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Feedback You Send Us
If you choose to contact us at gamepostapp@gmail.com, your email address and message content are received and stored in that inbox. We use this information only to respond to your message and improve the app. We do not share it with anyone. Feedback emails are retained until manually deleted by us, and we will delete them promptly upon your request.

What We Don't Collect

We do not create user accounts. We do not collect your name, mailing address, phone number, or payment information. The app is free and requires no registration of any kind.

Cross-App Tracking

GamePost does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or share it with data brokers. The analytics data we collect through Vercel is used solely to understand how GamePost itself is used and is not linked to your identity.

Cookies

GamePost does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Vercel Analytics may use minimal, anonymous session data to count unique visitors. No personal information is stored in any cookie we set.

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

  • Portability — request your data in a portable format
  • Objection — object to our processing of your personal information

Children's Privacy

GamePost is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our feedback email, please contact us at gamepostapp@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

Data Security

Because your photos never leave your device and we collect virtually no personal information, there is very little data to protect on our end. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GamePost after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
